Sensational music singer, songwriter & actress, Chigozie Jennifer OFFIAH popularly know as SKIRA J is an indegene of Anambra State but grew up in the city of Lagos. She started miming to popular songs at an early age of seven, started writing songs at the age of ten and was part of a girl's music group in high school called The Explorers.
